Increase Your Energy with Vitamins

There are many different b vitamins and they each play a little bit unique and important function in energy production, however b 12 has been shown in scientific studies to help your cells to do their jobs more efficiently.

While it may not be a “b” vitamin, boron still starts with a b and boron is crucial for testosterone too! So if you are a man, make sure you add that to your list of must take vitamins!

You might be surprised to learn that Vitamin C is also extremely important in energy production. And you thought it was just good at fighting colds! It actually plays a vital role in converting fat to energy so it can also benefit weight loss as well.

It is important to make sure you are getting enough Magnesium in your daily diet too.

ATP is like the command hub in your body for producing energy and magnesium plays a vital role in the process. Another words, if you are short on magnesium, you’re going to be very tired.
